  • as a community youth adviser, counsellor, and careers adviser through non-profit and church organisations contributing significantly to the development and growth of young individuals;

Registered Manager with extensive leadership experience in managing  supported accommodation services for vulnerable young adults, including Looked After Children (LAC), Care Leavers & UASC.


  • Adept at team leadership, safeguarding, crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Developing OFSTED compliant policies and procedures  and managing complex cases.
  • Overseeing  all support plans and risk assessments, ensuring residents get the right level and type of support for their needs.
  • Leading and managing referrals, support needs, and risk assessments
  • Preparing performance data and KPI reports in line with contract requirements, using the information to help monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with local health and housing teams.
  • Currently completing NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care to further strengthen expertise in operational management.
